Is the Basic account really free? Absolutely. When you sign up for a Basic account you will not be charged for anything. We don’t even ask for your credit card. There are some account limits of course, but if you want to check out the system for yourself this is a great way to go. You can Upgrade any time from within the app to unlock the rest of the features.	Can I cancel at any time? Yes you can cancel whenever you want. There is no contract and no commitment, you simply choose the plan you want and pay for each month in advance. If you only need Floq for one month simply sign up for the account level you wish and if you cancel your account before the end of the monthly billing cycle you won’t be charged again.
What happens if I get more than 100 responses? If you happen to hit your account limit in responses there will be a message that alerts your survey viewers that your survey has now been closed to new responses. If you are on a free Basic account this happens after 100 responses, or if you are on a Professional account this happens… never.	What types of payment do you accept? Right now we are accepting payments through credit card if you have a Visa or Mastercard only. We found this works best for most people. We also accept payment by Invoice if you have a Basic account and wish to Upgrade. Simply log in and choose the Upgrade button on the left.
